Brinson Meek, Executive Vice President of Operations A former teacher and administrator for Okarche Public Schools, Brinson presides over Cicero's operational details, human resources, and accounting. He and his wife, Judy, are the support team for all our clients. Brinson is also the team chef, bringing tasty treats regularly.

Jennifer Smoot, Graphic Artist With over ten years of experience and a stunning portfolio, Jennifer is one of Oklahoma's premier graphic designers. Prior to Cicero, Jennifer lent her talents to Mathis Brothers Furniture, Sonic, Ditch Witch, and a host of others. Jen keeps the design team headed in the right direction and makes an awesome ice cream cake!

Melva Snider, Director of Media Relations After teaching high school English and drama for 22 years, Melva wanted to lend her writing skills to a creative industry. She has been working her magic on tag lines, press releases, and content text for the last three years. Melva is our connection to National press as well as local enthusiasm.

Kari Roop, President/CEO Kari likes to say she was born with a storyboard in her hand. She directs Cicero's creative department and client relations. Kari got her start at Express Services where she worked with over 450 Express franchisees on three continents. She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma Baptist University and has been running Cicero for the last eight years.

Ladonna Williams, Client Relations Manager If something needs to be done, Ladonna is the one to call! She maintains account relations, monitors project deadlines, and helps delegate work to the team. Prior to joining Cicero, she worked in project management and advertising placement for an international sporting goods distributor. Ladonna’s dedication to her clients makes her the client’s best friend in the firm.
