Prevent Blindness Oklahoma Names New Director of Development

Oklahoma City, OK – Prevent Blindness Oklahoma is happy to welcome Brandon Miller to their team.  Miller is the new Director of Development in Prevent Blindness Oklahoma’s Tulsa office.

Dianna Bonfiglio, President and CEO of Prevent Blindness Oklahoma says, "We are excited about bringing Brandon to our PBO team and know his experience will grow our relationship with Oklahomans."

Brandon graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a Masters in Healthcare Administration.

Before joining PBO, Miller worked at the Gateway Foundation, a nonprofit for individuals with mental disabilities.  He then worked in healthcare marketing during the next 7 years.  During that time, Miller recruited nurses for pediatric special needs patients, worked on dental and oral surgery sales and hospice marketing.

Miller boasts success with major event planning including Run for a Reason.  It was the first ever 5k to benefit Life Senior Services at Carter Healthcare.  “I have always enjoyed planning large events and am already working toward a successful 2014 Sip for Sight!”, Miller says.

Miller has volunteered with Big Brothers and Sisters and Habitat for Humanity.
